My Trados Studio license appears to be missing, it is not shown under "Licenses". Who should I contact about this?

I just tried to download a plug-in for my Trados Studio 2021 and encountered a message indicating I do not have a valid software license. Checking the "Licenses" section of my profile, I saw that my license is not more there! Who should I contact about this? I do not have a support agreement.
