Hello,

I have a Passolo 2011 and I had deactivated it due to the crushing of my laptop. Then, I reactivated it offline by acquiring an offline activation code which worked. Today, I tried to open the software for a project and it suddenly asked me for activation again! I used my activation code again but it failed to connect to the internet, I checked the internet connection through the software and it was successful. So, why I still cannot use the software I paid for? What is the problem? Also, I have another license for SDL Trados Freelance 2014, it shows in use but unfortunately, I did a mistake when I used offline deactivation and didn't follow the instruction given on the website. So, now, I am not able to use both software. Please reactivate my licenses.
