Cannot deactivate/move my license

Dear all,

I have installed Trados on my new PC because the old one needs to go... the hardware is outdated. I have now been trying desperately to deactivate the license I am using on that PC so I can activate Trados on my new one, but to no avail: online deactivation simply results in an error message. Has anyone had similar issues (Trados 2021 running on Windows 10 on both PCs, Freelancer license for two workplaces)?
