Hi,
I'm having trouble with my PC, so I need to move my licence to another one, but I cannot deactivate it.
I tried deactivating it both online and offline, but I keep getting error messages saying the licence has already been deactivated, even though it shows as “in use” on my RWS account. On the second PC, it won't let me activate it because it says there are no licences available.
Also, I cannot reset my licence, as it seems I have exceeded the maximum amount of times possible.
Can you help?
