I`ve checked your account and you don`t have a license for Studio 2019 anymore, only for Studio 2022. The 2019 license was removed from your account when you processed the license upgrade from 2019 to 2022.

The problem is that Studio 2022 is not working (I have already opened another discussion in the forum) and I need Trados to work... If Studio 2022 doesn't work, and I don't have the support of Studio 2019, I can't work. I don't understand why the license was removed, if I paid for it when I bought the product?

Regarding the 2019 license this is the normal process of upgrade, the old license is replaced with the new one, 2022.
If you wanted to keep both licenses you should have purchased a separate license, not an upgrade which has a lower price.
