- I bought a license for SDL TRADOS 2019 version on 22 December 2019 for one computer and used it fine.
- This year in june my computer crashed out of the blue.
- Since then, I have not been able to use my license.
- When I access my SDL account, I can see that the license is active.
- When I tried to reset my license from my account panel, it fails. (error message)
HOW CAN I RETRIEVE THE USE OF MY ACTIVE LICENSE ON MY NEW PC PLEASE ???
