SDL TRADOS 2019 activation key problem

  1. I bought a license for SDL TRADOS 2019 version on 22 December 2019 for one computer and used it fine.
  2. This year in june my computer crashed out of the blue.
  3. Since then, I have not been able to use my license.
  4. When I access my SDL account, I can see that the license is active. 
  5. When I tried to reset my license from my account panel, it fails. (error message)

HOW CAN I RETRIEVE THE USE OF MY ACTIVE LICENSE ON MY NEW PC PLEASE ???
