There`s no need to deactivate Studio 2021 in order to use Studio 2022. That error message appears because the 2021 license was removed from your account when you processed the upgrade to 2022 and it was replaced with the license for 2022. All you need to do is to download and install Studio 2022 from the Download page from your account and use the license key to activate it.
