I am new to this forum and it would be great if you can help me. I noticed that Trados Studio 2017 upgrade path will close on Sept 30, 2022. So far, I have been using Trados Studio 2017 SR1-14.1.10018.54792 Freelance version, even though I have purchased an upgrade to Trados Studio 2019 Freelance version (included also a free update to 2021 version), but not yet installed them. As I am not sure, whether the already purchased updates can be downloaded and activated for free after Sept 30, I decided to install the 2019/2021 versions. I was able to download the 2019 version, deactivate the 2017 version and successfully activate the 2019 version. After that I downloaded the 2021 version and tried to deactivate the 2019 version. However, when I select "Deactivate" in the 2019 version, a window is displayed saying that the 2019 version is running in trial mode. How can I activate the 2021 version if I am not able to deactivate the 2019 version?
