Hello,
my computer crashed and I reinstalled Trados on a new computer. I cannot deactivate it online anymore, obviously, and when I open the activation window in Studio 2019 it only gives me activation options, not a deactivation option like the manual said. I need Studio urgently for a project. Please reset my license so I can reactivate it!
