Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus activation extra license (2 computers)

Question

Hi, 
 I own a license with 2 activations: one of them for my laptop (Windows) and another extra activation for my Mac (Parallels Desktop). Both are in use at the moment. Parallels suddenly crashed and I had to reinstall a new virtual Windows 10. Obviously, I wasn't able to deactivate the license first. 
 I just reinstalled Trados 2021 but now cannot activate the extra license because both appear to be "in use". 
 Could you please let me know how to proceed or release the extra activation licence for me?
