I cannot activate my Trados 2019

Question

Today I wanted to move my license form my laptop to my Pc. When I deactivate it on laptop, i showed error notification and I cannot activate my trados2019 any more whether on my laptop or on my Pc. The message shows &ldquo;activation failed. You have no license for the present activation code." Help me.
