I did buy an Upgrade from Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus to Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus.
Order Number: 694627 (last July)
I did buy this new version of Trados Plus to be installed on my new PC
I cannot find anywhere the license for that new Trados 2022.
The only license available is for the 2021 version
Please help !

In order to have the 2022 license in your account you need to process the license upgrade from 2021 to 20221 as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039975
Fore Freelance licenses like your it is not necessary to deactivate Studio 2021 before processing the upgrade.
