I am NO Techie, so please don't expect me to follow complicated instructions. Can you deactivate 2019 and install the upgrade to 2022 via remote? Anyway my version 2019 does not work properly anymore. I cannot open TMs. I need Trados urgently. I already had to refuse 2 orders because I cannot open client TMs. This is extremely annoying and costs me a lot of money. Need your held URGENTLY. Thanks.
