I have a problem with my computer and need to deactivate to reinstall. However, this error again. I hit deactivate, try to deactivate offline, nothing. All I get is "NULL" and then it tells me it will close and deactivate, but I still see the licence installed in my SDL control panel online and can open the programme and use it. It's very uncomfortable that everytime something happens I depend on someone from the team manually solving this problem, after hours, and I'm lucky that I have a PC and a laptop. What would happen if I only had one licence and one computer? What can I do now?
