This does not seemt o be an isolated problem - I have logged on etc. etc. and tried to deactivate my license offline and to reset it, but neither of these options does anything. I just get an error message and am told to log a support request. I am hoping that will happen here - fully understanding that it can take up to 48 hours as I have read in practically every thread.
Surely there must be a simpler solution to this?
