I have tried deactivating Trados Studio 2021 as I have purchased 2022, but I keep getting this message:
Deactivation failed. Login for this product key has been restricted. Contact the system administrator for assistance
If you could help, that would be appreciated.
You don’t need to deactivate it. So unless you are determined to do this you could carry on working. If you have managed to get your new licence for 2022 then you’re good to go.
