Hi everyone, my computer recently crashed and I had to install Windows 11 all over again, this means that I couldn't deactivate my Trados license from the software itself on my computer.
Now of course, I can't install Trados on the newly-formatted (but same) laptop. I get an error every time I try the offline deactivation (the portal won't allow me to reset or deactivate online either).
Can anyone please help me? Thank you.
