Need help for deactivation Studio+ 2017 / activation Studio+2022

Last week I bought an upgrade to 2022 for my Studio 2017 plus.

I kept on working on my Studio 2017 till this morning so as not to risk disturbances with on course translations during the upgrade.

The 2017 version was logged on a workstation and a portable. As instructed, I've downloaded the new version which is stored in the downloaded file (no opening yet).

Now, this is what I get : my RWS account shows only the new licence code for Studio 2022 (no 2017 licence number anymore).

On my portable, I got the message "Licence active : la licence a expiré" when I try to load the resident Studio 2017.  
On my workstation, the 2017 is still alive, kicking & active. But I do not get the same message. I get a Deactivate button but when I click on it, I get the message "La désactivation a échoué. Impossible d'annuler cette licence. Login for this product key has been restricted. Contact the system administrator for assistance".

I could possibly try to activate the new licence on the portable but this is NOT my master station. I need the programme on my main workstation. I just want to first activate the licence on the workstation.

Presently, my new licence is as follow : Users 1+1*     In use 0+0*     Available 1+1*, but I can't have it activated.
For info : the button "Your available upgrades" is on 0 (I guess it has already been upgraded but can't be activated until the old version is not deactivated.

My order nr is 700181.

Could you please unlock the 2017 licence deactivation process and indicate what steps need to be processed furthermore ?
