You can only delete your own posts by looking under the More option

Just to clarify... especially since I gave Lydia the answer she provided... the time limit in which you can delete your post is 5 minutes. After that, you won't be able to. For editing editing, the time limit is 60 minutes, and you will have to provide edit notes so people can see you changed the original post.
So to delete or edit posts after these time periods will require admin assistance.
