I have purchase Trados studio freelance plus - after upgrading the licence it displays that both licences are being used and none is available (which is not correct - both should be available), although my activation attempts with the activation code have failed --- with older versions it always worked --- offline activation does not work either because the app does not show the required ID - please help as urgently as possible!
