Unable to activate Trados Studio 2022 with a cloud subscription

Yesterday I purchased  Trados Studio 2022 Freelance and have not been able to activate it. When I go to Trados Studio 2022 Product Activation

and enter my email address and password, I get the message "This page cannot be displayed". Sometimes I also get the message "Check your Internet connection

and firewall settings". I have checked them and they look fine. I am at a total loss and would be ever so grateful for any advice.
