The other day my operating system broke down. I had to change all my operating system and I couldn't deactivate my license of SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance to reactivate it in the new one.
What can I do it now? May I reset my license?

Please try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
If it doesn`t work I`ll log a support ticket for you to have your license reset
