Resetting licence and error message

We need to reset and reactivate our licences because we are now working on another external workspace and trados was reinstalled, but I cant' view our licences in the account. I get this error: " Server Error in '/asp/products' Application."

Also, when trying to deactivate the licence on Trados in the old work environment, I get the same message, that there is no active licence. None of the links works - I always get the error message as described above.

I tried logging in on the Trados/SWL website, but non of the options in the dropdown menu work, different error messages occur.

Runtime Error

Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated.

We really need to continue working with Trados so I hopethis issue can be resolved quickly.
