I tried to uninstall and re-install Trados Studio 2019 SR1. However, after uninstalling it, I cannot access your FTP server...(gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge. Although I tried it using FTP app, I could not access due to the password (5dlpatch35). What should I do to reinstall it?

In order to reinstall studio you need to log in to the RWS account and download it from the Download tab. After that, you install it, and you need to activate it with the activation code that you find on the RWS account under the Licenses tab. But first you need to reactivate the license, please follow the steps on the article below:
