Upgrading the license in your customer account does not upgrade the software, only the license (it gives you a new activation key).
You now need to download the installer for Studio 2019 from your customer account (in 'Downloads') and run it on your PC. This will upgrade your software to 2019. You can then activate it with the new key mentioned above, which is shown in your customer account.
