After updating Windows 11 to 22H2, Studio 2019 does not open the termbase, neither in new projects nor in previous projects. I try to deactivate Studio in order to reinstall but I can't deactivate online ("Deactivation failed. Could not revoke this licence - Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded") or offline (does not reconginze the certificate).
