Trados 2022 installation vs. old layout of Multiterm

Hello, 
 
 I have instsalled the Trados 2022 version and the latest Multiterm, too, but the terms in this Multiterm version show an old layout, although after an immediate installation it showed a new one. 
 What is wrong with it please? 
 Also: do I have to somehow set up the language pairs for the first time and how should I do it? If not, I simply open specific language pair&acute;s TM (I translate from 4 languages into Czech).

 You can change the layout in this drop-down in the "Display" section of the Home ribbon in MultiTerm:
