Hello,
do I have to somehow set up the language pairs for the first time and how should I do it? If not, I simply open a (an old) specific language pair´s TM (I translate from 4 languages into Czech).

In 2022 there are no restrictions on the number of languages. So you can work with any language pair you like.
Have you tried it to see what happens? You won't break anything!
