I purchase a upgrade licence for Trados 2021 from 2019 last year but did not yet install it. Now I want to do that but the 2021 licence is not displayed on the "Licences" page. I tried to perform a licence upgrade but this does not change anything. Can anybody help me?

In order to have the 2021 license in your account you need to process the license upgrade from 2019 to 2021 as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039975
Fore Freelance licenses like your it is not necessary to deactivate Studio 2019 before processing the upgrade.

Thank you, Sorin, for the link, but unfortunately the "Process Upgrade" does not work for me - after going through the described process, the new licence still does not appear under "Licences". Is there anything else you can suggest?
