On 18 September 2022, I renewed my already existing subscription and paid immediately with my credit card (Trados Studio Freelance L1 - Student Edition - Subscription) - payment was accepted and charged to my credit card. However, yesterday my subscription still expired and I cannot log in, even though I renewed my subscription a month ago. I don't have an activation code because I have a language cloud account and always log in to my desktop version with my account details.

Anyone who knows how to make my renewed subscription work and why I get the message pop up that my subscription has expired?
