Trados Studio 21 - after using for many months suddenly: "Let's set up Trados Studio"

I've been using Trados Studio for many months.

Suddenly, without changing the computer (although also suddenly the computer doesn't recognise the mouse/keyboard or there are other issues) I get the message "Let's set up Trado Studio" and I can't just open the software as normal.

Any ideas on what has happened? Is the licence not being recognised for some reason?
