Hi,

When I try to deactivate my trados license on one machine, I receive the following error messages:

1. "Deaktivierung fehlgeschlagen. Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded". Yet, none of my two licences is shown as deactivated in my RWS account

So tried the offline deactivation and generated a deactivation authorization (terms translated by me, my user interface language is German). The following message is shown after I click on generate certificate :

2. "Fehler bei der Offline-DeaktivierungDas angegebene Deaktivierungszertifikat is möglicherweise ungültig. Vergleichen Sie das Autorisierungszertifkat mit der Autorisierung in Ihrem SDL-Konto"

As I have no idea which acitvation belongs to what machine, I have tried it out with respect to both of my activated licences, but to no avail.

I have also received an email from sdl support with the same codes. These do not work either.

What would you recommend trying?
