We had a remote session with the client and the slowness the client has is due to the lack of RAM. Client has 8GB of RAM which meats the basic necessity of Trados Studio, but for optimal performance the client will need to double that amount, to 16GB. Studio 2022 and Studio 2021 take about the same time to load which is normal in your case. You can work but this slowness is to be expected. Slowness occurred in any task made on that computer.
About the message the client received when starting Studio 2021, was regarding the plugins, we needed to update them. We installed the latest version of the plugins and now the client will not receive that message when starting Studio 2021.
