failing activating licence

Question

I upgraded my tados 2021 pro licence to 2022 pro. Now I cant use 2021 anymore, of course, but I cannot activate 2022. When I want to use my new 2022 key after starting trados 2022, it tells me that for that key there are currently no licences avaiable.

I used licence server manger to deactivate my 2021 key i.o. to upgrade my key to 2022. I now deinstalled the "old" manager and installed the new. When I want to activate the Key with the new licence manager it says the same "no licences avaiable"
