Deactivation issue

Dear Sir,

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the TS 2017 on my desktop PC, but it still didn't work. Anyway, I also have a laptop where no TS has been installed previously. So, now I tried it and it worked fine.

The problem is, I had already activated both activation codes again without having access to the application. I managed to do so on my desktop PC where TS 2015 had been installed as well, but not activated. I could activate the codes there, but it didn't activate Trados to full version as the codes were intended for TS 2017.

I know it sounds a bit complicated, but the solution is quite easy for me now. May I ask you to deactivate both codes registered in my profile once again? I will then activate my TS2017 on my laptop and that's it.
