Hi,
When I clic on 'check updates', nothing happens on Trados studio 2018 and the little bell symbol remains grey and not green or orange.
Also, I have installed a plug in in Trados 2018 and when I clic on the Information box to activate it in the View section, there is an error window popping up with 'unexpected exception when getting view part instance of view part Information Box' appears and the information box does not appear nor open.
