My computer did not shut down properly and now when trying to start Trados I get the error message:
I followed the instructions at the link https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038444
but there is no file labbled projects.xml in order to delete it.
Can you help me please?

Are you sure are you looking in the right location? Please try to copy the following location in Windows file explorer and hit Enter: C:\Users\%UserName%\Documents\Studio 2019\Projects
Note: In Windows file explorer go to View tab and check the File Name Extensions checkbox to make sure the full name of the files (including extensions) is shown.

I am in the correct folder - as much as it can be, for I had the same problem some time ago and required remote help to solve the problem..
I only have the folder Studio 2019_old under C:\Users\%UserName%\Documents\Studio 2019\Projects
On the path C:\Users\%UserName%\Documents\Studio 2019_old\Projects the Project folder is empty
