Cannot Deactivate License

Hi,

My license has been expired previously due to payment issues. However now the payment is made and I can see the license in my account. However, since the license was active when the Trados has expired before now I cannot activate it in Trados and it seems "In Use" in my account.

I need your help with the deactivating the license so that I can activate it again.

Trados Studio 2022 Professional license details showing 1 user, 1 license in use, 0 available. Order number 697111 sold to Emma.Channon@sony.com, activated on 26-09-2022 with no expiry date.
