Hi,
We recently did a server migration where, among other things, the installation files for SDL Trados were moved to a new server. After this migration I’m no longer able to activate SDL Trados. When opening the application, I get “Evaluation expired [37]”, and when I add our activation code, I get the error message “Activation failed – Invalid product key”.
Could you please tell me if I need a new activation code or if other actions are needed to solve this?
