Licenses no longer visible in my account

I have a license for Trados Studio 2022 (purchased in August this year).

In connection with updating Studio to the latest version (17.04.13209), I wanted to reset the license before uninstalling my existing version and then installing the latest version (as is recommended in the guide to installation of the latter).

However, no license version after Studio 2014 is visible in my account - and I have had 2017, 2019, 2021 and now 2022.

Having been a user of Studio since 2012 (10 years +), I have never before experienced this issue.
