Data from my account has gone

Dear Sir/Madam

I have upgraded from Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus to Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus today. I deactivated Studio 2021 and tried to upgrade to 2022 and all the data on my account disappeared. Can you please help me with retrieving all data into my account?
