Licenses Suddenly Disappeared from my Accounts

Hi,

I have three different (two 2021 Professional and one 2022 Professional) Trados Studio Professional licenses in my 2 accounts and all of them have suddenly disappeared today:

RWS Account Licenses page showing 'No data' error with message 'You have no licenses' under the Translation Productivity section.Second RWS Account Licenses page with identical 'No data' error displaying 'You have no licenses' for a different account under Translation Productivity.

Could you please help?
