Today our Professional Trados Studio 2019 and 2021 licenses have suddenly disappeared from our account.
Right before, we were also encountering problems with updating our Professional Trados Studio 2019 licenses to 2021 licenses. When trying to deactivate the licenses from Help>Product Activation in Trados Studio 2019, we consistently got an error message: Deactivation failed. Revocation is either completed or revocation proof is already uploaded. Deactivation from our RWS account didn't work either, another error prompted.
Can anyone provide a hint on how to solve this?
