Hi there;
after installing an Update out of the software (SDL Trados 2021 to 2021 SR2), I receive the following error code.
<ErrorCode>1</ErrorCode>
<ProviderErrorCode>210005</ProviderErrorCode>
<ErrorMessage>Could not connect to license server.</ErrorMessage>
As I cannot restart the programm how can I re-establish the connection to the licence server?
Anyone an idea how to resolve it?

I have the latest version of the Licence server, but I had to reconfigure my router and I receive now the same error message above. I changed the server IP under SafeNet Licence Manager so now it has the correct PC IP, but Studio keeps connecting to the old server IP and I get this error message and cannot start the program. Do you have any solutions for this?

Depending the on version of Studio you have you can edit the Server name registry from the following location:
For Trados Studio 2022: Set HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Trados\Studio17License\
For Trados Studio 2021: Set HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\SDL\Studio16License\
