I have faced an issue with installation of Trados Studio 2022 Freelance (case reference 00711498, now closed).
I managed to find a workaround and I will try to post the solution on the forum to let other users know, but in the meantime, I have another issue.
I have one license that I cannot reset anymore: it reads that there is a limit of 3 times per 12 months (which I was unaware of).
I was forced to try multiple solutions to finally solve the problem, but every time I tried a fresh installation (to find a solution), I had to enter the license key and even though the activation kept failing, the license still appeared as 'in use' on my SDL account.
Now that I have found a solution, I would like to reset one of my licenses one last time in order to finally activate Trados on the relevant computer.
It is the one that has been activated on 06-10-2022; I cannot copy the full license key here but hopefully the SDL team can identify which one it is.
