Error message when trying to open a project/package with Trados Live 2021

Question

Hello, 
 I hope everyone is doing well. 
 A client has moved from Trados GroupShare to the Cloud and has now started sending me projects this way. Whenever I try to open the project/file via the "Open in Studio" option, the following error appears: 
 
 I've been logging into Trados Live with my credentials, but I've tried with the client's and I get the same error. 
 The client put some projects on hold because of this, and it is a bit frustrating, because I can't find any solution. 
 Is there any chance to solve this? How? Many thanks.

Sandra Flor Ferreira dos Santos Did you manage to resolve this? There is no harm trying this: 
 
 For Trados Studio 2022 : go to C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio17 
 Delete the file LanguageCloudMachineTranslation.bin

I suggest you try this: instead of clicking on the first link in the email, click on the second link in the email, the one that says: This will connect you to Trados Team in the browser. After having logged in, go to your Inbox, accept the task and click on the button "Open in Studio"? Does this work?
