Can´t deactivate license offline.

I need to add a new source language to my Trados configuration and so I uninstalled Trados from my computer. But I forgot I should have deactivated my license first. Now I go to My SDL account and choose deactivate offline but I only received an email with the subject "Offline Deactivation Authorization" with a long code inside under "Offline deactivation ticket". I copied that code in the field "Deactivation Certificate" of My account page, but I get the error message "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request."

What can I do to deactivate my license offline and be able to reinstal Trados again?
