'Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.IProjectManagementService' could not be started'

This is my second try!! I have already posted my problem 3 hours ago and have not received a reply yet. Is there any other way to get a support if you don't have a support maintenance agreement? I find it, honestly, that this is poor customer service!!!

Here's my question:

This morning, when opening Trados Studio I got the error message 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.IProjectManagementService' could not be started'. I have already read the answers in the community. But in my case, none of the information given in the suggested solutions appears as additional info. In my case it says after the error message:

'An error occurred whilst trying to determine the file version'

'The root element is is missing'

Can anyone help me, please?
