Hello CHINHEE PARK ,

As I could see on your RWS account, you have Trados Studio Freelance 2021 plus version. This license allows you to install studio in 2 separate machines at the same time. If you want to install it on a 3rd PC, you need to deactivate the license from one of the other 2. Please see if this procedure can help you:

Hi Ana-Maria,

Please help me because I have Trados 2021 Plus which means I can use two laptop computers but now I use only one computer. I need to use another computer but I cannot use it. I don’t know why. Although I have many times reactivated but it said “No license and need to activate”. When I tried it, it all the times failed. Could you please help me to use it like I used to?

By the way, just now I tired but reset failed although following instructions. I don’t know why it cannot be reset.

Is it not activated anymore because I reset 3 times a year?

When I reset it, it said “An error has occurred - An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error.”
