I'm trying to deactivate my SDL 2019 because my PC has crushed. So, I have to deativate the license offline on the new PC. On my license page, there are two items to be clicked on the right side; one is Reset and the other is Offline deactivation in case of impossible online activation. First, I clicked the Reset and downloaded the SDL 2019 to the new PC. And I clicked the Offline deactivation. In the meantime, I received an e-mail with a string of letters which they call as deactivation ticket. I got back to my license page and found there were two windows on the right. The same string of letters were described in the upper window and the other window(named as deactivation certificate) is blank. So I copied and pasted the string of letters called as deactivation ticket on the email into the blank window. But deactivation was rejected. Was there any mistake in the order of procedures? I feel at a loss. Please help me.
